How do I book a tour package?

What are the payment options available?

Instamojo Payment Gateway for Credit cards, Direct debit, Internet Banking of major Banks, Wallet (MobiKwik, OlaMoney, Freecharge, JioMoney) and UPI. We take cash also.

Do I have to manage my travel to the destination?

TravelFree.in packages include travel to destination and return. Obviously there will be a exact boarding point and customers have to travel down there initially to join the tour. More details will be mentioned on respective tour package itinerary.

What do I do if I miss the transport?

If you miss the transport, it’s not TravelFree.in fault. Such case the ticket is no longer valid and is not eligible for a refund.

What can I take on the Tour?

Luggage is limited to one medium sized suitcase per person and a plus one piece of hand bag. For extra luggage, additional charges may apply from third party service provider and travellers have to bear that extra cost by thier own.

Can I pay on the day of my travel?

All amount needs to be clear 30 days before the tour.

Is your tour packages available in PAN India?

Yes. Our departure points are Kolkata and Bengaluru for the time being but we process tours throughtout India.

Can I add someone to our tour at the last moment?

Strictly No.
